How do you ensure the quality of the wine during shipping?
We use specialized, temperature-controlled packaging and shock-resistant materials to ensure every bottle arrives in pristine condition, regardless of the distance.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for any alcohol shipment. We cannot leave packages on porches or with minors.
What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?
If you believe a bottle is corked or flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We offer a full refund or replacement for any verified quality issues.
