At The Best Wine Store, we stand by the quality of our curated collection. If your bottle arrives damaged or is found to be corked, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the damaged bottle or cork within 30 days of delivery.

    Receive Authorization

    Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience.

  • 3.
    Pack Securely

    Carefully repack the bottle in its original specialized wine packaging to prevent further breakage during its journey back to our cellar.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle immediately.
