The Chateau Souverain Chardonnay has beautiful full aromas of roasted pears and baking spice cut through with a little acid from the lemon citrus. With bold flavors of creme brulee and pineapple it has a truly elegent feel and body as well as a little bit of acidity. It is best with shellfish, crab and lobster.
