Gekkeikan Nigori Junmai Sake

Gekkeikan NIgori Junmai Sake is a thicker and creamier sake that has a cloudy milk-like appearance. This is because of the sediment that forms when the rice is poured through a mesh filter. It is sweet and creamy and a has a tropical fruit taste and a long finish. Best when chilled and served with California rolls, grilled teriyaki chicken or shrimp, or a crisp salad with pickled cucumbers.
